I could sit here and toss out guesses but, what it really needs, is an expert to pull out that hair so to speak.

To be safe i'll call it a parts watch, it's certainly good for that.

The more you move it, the more it wants to leap into action but, something's holding it back and I don't know what it is I could be totally wrong here, maybe it's a bigger deal than I think but, when it is moving, everything moves like it should, there's just that little fly in the ointment. I'm not a watch guy but, it acts like there's a piece of hair wrapped around a shaft, or something the dial and hands are in great shape, all the components are there and, I assume, also in good shape.
