Winding setting: the key-winding and key-setting mechanisms are nice smooth, but as previously mentioned, mainspring is broken. In all cases, the carrier must be USA postal service USPS.

The movement is not fully functional due to a broken mainspring. Operational: I don't know when the Watch was last cleaned and lubricated, but as is, it is not ticking due to a broken mainspring.
