I highly recommend this vintage time piece be taken to a quality jeweler for a good cleaning and polishing. Yes, it's insured too.

The crystal is remarkably clean, with just a very minor scuff. I did not take the time piece apart, but research indicates it is a Swiss movement. Would make a nice addition to any collection, or a quality for that someone special. This Gotham 17 jewel watch runs, and keeps good time too.
