There are a few hairlines but overall the dial looks very nice. It features black hand applied numerals and is marked Elgin. The blue steel hands are all present Elgin 15 jewel pocket watch movement. The movement measures 40mm across.

Movement is being sold for parts or restoration. It is not currently working it has the serial no. The Arabic numeral dial is porcelain.
