The Balance Wheel does rotate freely as it should. Many times hundreds of words could not say as much a single picture. The service history of this watch is unknown to me unless I state otherwise. It doesn't take very long for old gummy oil to stop a movement from running many times just week or so even worse if the is dried out it might not too watch grind itself up inside please understand I can only tell you how performing here.
