The 17 jewel manual wind movement fitted in the watch is non shock. For the age of this watch it is aesthetically pleasing and in working order. The steel oyster case carries the reference number 3478 with a serial number dating it to cleaning is recommended.

The original oyster patent crown, screws down tightly to the tube.
