This is an automatic fe france debauches 140-a1Watch movement. My late father was Watch contractor. Started running upon winding, but uncleaned. It is gold in color, has extra long stem and plastic tester crown.
This one meant for Latham and internet cleared up mystery found that in 1970s part of Swiss society dies SA, thus the Sgt movement however is a french fe 140-1A. Took me a while to identify movement because says Sgt by balance, and Swiss on plate, I knew fe was french manufacturer. Nos, never put in Watch. As well stuff have not identified yet.
