This was my father's watch he used at work. Vintage men's 1960 Bulova 'senator' 11AFC swiss movement for restoration or repair this watch does not work and is sold for parts or repair.

The movement or caliber is marked Bulova watch co, 11AFC, seven over 17 and teen over jewel separated by a screw, date code over un adjusted over swiss and finally the import code, bx.

The round case is approximately 31 32mm in diameter Sand measures about 36 37mm from lug to lug. This way it wouldn't get damaged and he could just flip it out of his pocket whenever he needed to know the time. Online ads describe it as having radium on the dial and numbers so be cautious if you ever remove the crystal or movement from the case.
