This movement does not come with hands. The movement measures 28. I do not know if this movement is functioning, it winds but can get the balance wheel to move when give a slight shake.

The mechanical automatic movement hand winds great and has original Universal Geneve winding crown on it.

This parts movement comes with its vintage dial that has very small age spots on it. The movement appears to be dry. 15 for shipping and handling.
